Content: write, approve and post from your phone

Content (in the left menu, after Radar) is where you write a post once, fit it to each platform, approve it and send it to the phone that posts it. Nothing goes public without a person: the phone stops before Post and waits for your approval.

The board and the calendar

• Board: every post by status: Draft, Ready (approved), Scheduled and Posted / Failed. Search, and filter by platform or account. On a phone, switch columns with the chips at the top.
• Calendar: this week, Monday to Sunday, in your time zone. Booked posts show their time; drafts with only a planned day show on that day; drafts without a day wait under the week.

Writing a post

1. Press New post, then Add a platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads) with your account name.
2. Write the caption once. The counter uses each platform's limit; hashtags are counted too (Instagram: at most 5). The shaded start is what shows before "… more".
3. Each platform can keep the base caption or have its own caption and hashtags. YouTube also has a title; TikTok, Instagram and YouTube take a sound name.
4. Words from your brand kit's banned list are underlined with the reason. They are never removed for you.
5. Media: add a photo or video from Files, or from a phone's own gallery (below). Photos can be cropped in the browser to 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9; the crop is saved as a new image and the original stays.
6. Save makes a version. Restore any version from the list.

The AI panel can rewrite, shorten, translate, suggest hashtags or write 5 hooks, using your studio's AI (Settings → AI). It suggests; nothing changes until you press Use.

Approve, put the media on the phone, send

• Approve moves a platform to Ready. Owners and admins approve; members write and send. A platform over its limit stays a Draft. Changing the text or media of an approved post puts it back to Draft.
• Put it on the phone: the video or photo goes into the phone's gallery, in the album DCIM/Tether. The agent downloads it straight from storage (up to 1 GB). A file that is already in that phone's gallery is copied into the album on the phone, with no upload. A file on another phone: Import to Files first (up to 100 MB for now).
• Send to flow runs the platform's posting flow on the phone with the caption, hashtags, sound and that file. TikTok and YouTube save a draft in the app; Instagram, X and Threads stop on the Post screen for your approval.
• After posting, the file is removed from the Tether album.

Booking a time (Creator and up)

Best time picks the hour your account's posts did best (from Analytics, at least 3 posts), else 12.00 or 19.00–21.00, never within 2 hours of another booked post. Or pick a date and time. At the time, the phone runs the flow; if the phone is offline or busy for 30 minutes, the post goes back to Ready and you are told why.

iPhone

Text posts (X, Threads) work. Putting photos and videos in an iPhone's Photos, and browsing them, is coming soon.
