Plans and billing

Owners and admins manage billing in Settings → Billing: current plan, usage this period, plans (monthly or yearly), payment method, invoices and cancelling. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Trial

Every studio can try Creator free for 14 days, no card needed, one trial per studio and per person. Start it from the billing page. You get reminder emails 4 days and 1 day before it ends. Afterwards the studio is on Free limits. Nothing is deleted.

Plans in short

• Free: one phone, a few flows, a limited number of runs each month, short history, no schedules.
• Creator: for one person with a few phones. Unlimited runs and flows, schedules, longer history. You pay per connected phone.
• Team: more phones, three seats included (more can be added), run recordings, the longest self-serve history.
• Business: custom; contact us.

A "phone" is one that was paired and online at some point in the billing month. Phones that stayed offline all month are free.

At a limit

Limits are soft: the studio shows a notice when you're near or over. Add phone won't make a new pairing code once you're at your plan's phone limit. Runs already scheduled keep their schedule unless the plan has no schedules (then they pause).

AI costs

Ask AI steps run on your own AI key or your own Claude login. You pay your provider directly; Tether Studio doesn't add a charge.
