Schedules

Run a flow on its own: every day, on weekdays, every few minutes, or on a cron rule.

A schedule runs a flow on a phone without you opening the studio. The agent's computer and the phone need to be on and connected at that time.

Make a schedule

  1. Open Schedules → New schedule, or Schedule this flow from a flow.
  2. Pick the flow and the phone.
  3. Pick when: Every day at, Weekdays at, Every … minutes (5 minutes or more), or Custom (cron) with five parts: minute hour day month weekday.
  4. Optional: Spread ± minutes. Each run starts at a random time within that many minutes either side, so phones don't act in lockstep.
  5. Click Schedule it.

Times use the phone's time zone. The list shows the next run, the last result and a planned view for this week. Turn a schedule off and on with its switch.

Plans

Schedules are included on Creator and up, not on Free. If a studio moves to a plan without schedules, they pause; they aren't deleted. See Plans and billing.

When a scheduled run fails

You can get an email when a run fails or needs you: Account → Email me when. If the phone was offline at the time, see Phone shows Offline.
